Serving classic Hakata tonkotsu ramen inside the airport for over twenty years! Add takana mentai, a bit of benishoga, sprinkle on sesame toppings and enjoy!
Noko Tokusei Tsukemen ¥1,080
Squeeze sudachi citrus on these chewy noodles, dip them into the extra-rich tonkotsu and seafood soup, and you’ll be hooked on tsukemen!
Ajitama Ramen ¥900
Ikkousha’s yatai-style ramen originated here. Slurp up its creamy and bubbly tonkotsu soup with thin, straight and round noodles. It’s Hakata-born and world famous!
Sugoi Niboshi Ramen ¥890
Complex, unique and tasty! Two differently shaped noodles in a zesty soup made from twenty varieties of fish stock and topped with tender chashu. Wow!
Hakata Junkei Tonkotsu Ramen ¥790
It takes them ten hours to boil the pork bones, but the result is a very smooth and refined tonkotsu soup. Dress it up with spicy takana, benishoga, or freshly squeezed garlic!
Teshikaga Miso ¥850
Curly egg noodles in a rich miso, seafood, chicken and tonkotsu soup topped with garnishes from Hokkaido including cabbage, sashimi konbu and more.
Ramen Deluxe Karashi Mentaiko ¥1,150
There’s a full sack of mentaiko and a sprinkle of crunchy mentai garnish in each bowl of this velvety tonkotsu soup served with chopped onions. Spicy noodle lovers rejoice!
Don’t forget to dress up your ramen! Takana (pickled mustard leaf) and benishoga (pickled ginger) are just two of the many garnishes available at some of these shops.
