Evah Dining is a macrobiotic cafe that is particular about its ingredients. The dishes are all made with organic produce, and the homemade bread uses organic natural yeast. Naturally, none of the dishes use meat, fish, dairy or other animal products. The extensive menu features the Japanese-style ichijusansai plate, which comes with one soup and three dishes (you can choose the main dish), as well as taco rice and vegan burgers. There is also a kids’ plate for the little ones. There is an expanded dessert menu available after 15:00, making Evah a nice respite during a shopping trip. The homemade bread, which uses organic natural yeast that is available for sale at the shop, is also popular as are the macrobiotic sweets, box lunches and deli items.
