The pot has a partition, so you can choose two types of soup (MK original, Korean chige spicy stew, sukiyaki, soy milk or seasonal) and enjoy two different flavors at once. You can also add a little more variety by making your own sauce. Just blend the spicy MK Sauce with your soup, tangy ponzu sauce or sesame sauce. The multilingual touch screen makes ordering extras easy. Shabu shabu is not only delicious, it’s healthy because the act of swishing your meat around in the hot soup strips off excess fat. For an extra fee, you can add all-you-can-eat dim sum or sushi.
