Nonobudou is a popular buffet with more than 60 healthy items on the menu at all times. The main focus is on Japanese-style dishes made from seasonal veggies, but there are also several Western dishes and sweets to choose from. The shop, which only uses locally grown produce and makes its own dressings, can be counted on for safe, healthy and delicious food, so it attracts many repeat customers. Not only can you eat your fill of fresh seasonal vegetables, you can also enjoy fresh pasta and bread (with natural yeast) made at the company’s own factory. Not to mention there are healthy tofu dishes as well as down-home meat dishes. There is something for everyone at No no Budo. Please keep in mind that, due to crowding, there are time limits on lunch (90 min.) and dinner (120 min.) on weekends and holidays.
