Fukuoka’s own Pietro is a popular restaurant chain for pasta, salad and pizza. The menu features a range of veggie-centric dishes and several pasta combinations, including vegan spaghetti. One of the most popular items is the salad spaghetti—cold spaghetti noodles on a salad topped with Pietro’s own dressing. This shop, which is located on the 10th floor of Kitte Hakata, has window seats with great views of the city as well as counter seats equipped with plugs for charging.
