Biotop is a chic new spot that opened up across from Gokoku Shrine. It offers everything from fashion and lifestyle goods to botanicals and food, and its in-store cafe, Ramusio, serves up original tea drinks and locavorian fare. Fresh pasta made by their Italian-trained chef is a solid choice. The first-floor cafe and take-out counter open from 9 am, making it a perfect stop on a morning stroll. In the third-floor bar lounge, open from 2 pm to 11 pm, you can enjoy a glass of wine or a lavender and peach flavored tea topped with berries. To beat the heat, try sipping a shaken iced milk tea while enjoying the lush green scenery.
