The Fukuoka Convention Center was all loved-up on Nov. 24, as official commendations were awarded to around 450 married couples marking their 50th wedding anniversaries. A speech was given by Mr. Takao Kawasaki, Nishinippon Shimbun CEO, and news stories and film clips from 1963 were shown on a big screen.
