The monthly NO!! Magazine of Fukuoka City launched a Kyushu edition for its June issue, now on sale. The publication, aimed at young people, was launched with a Kumamoto edition in 1996, and the Fukuoka edition began in 2000. The publishers said idea was to get in synch with the growing Kyushu regional consciousness, which the Kyushu Shinkansen opening next year is expected to accelerate.
