All Nippon Airways opened a call center in Nagasaki City to take reservations and provide information on international and domestic flights. It is their fifth call center nationwide, and the first to be located in the company’s own building. A total of 120 people are now employed there, but this is planned to be increased to 450 by FY 2017.
