ANA Tests Robotic Luggage Loading at Saga Airport

ANA tested an automated baggage loading system at Saga Airport on Dec. 16. Using a towing car and a special robot created in collaboration with Toyota Industries Corporation, suitcases and other baggage were picked up from a belt conveyor and carefully piled up inside containers. The company aims to introduce such a system to domestic airports and reduce the workload of on-site staff. Source: Sankei Biz
