Fukuoka Prefectural Police arrested a 33-year-old man from Chuo Ward on suspicion of selling about 100 grams of cannabis for ¥500,000 on a street in Akasaka in September. A 53-year-old taxi driver from Itoshima, believed to have purchased the drugs, was also arrested for possession and use. Police seized cannabis, stimulants, and other illegal substances valued at roughly ¥3.85 million from the homes of the buyer and two acquaintances of the main suspect, both of whom were additionally arrested. All four reportedly admitted to the allegations. Investigators are continuing to examine the distribution routes and details of the suspected transactions. Source: KBC
