Fukuoka Motor Show 2014 will be held on Jan. 24-27 at Marine Messe Fukuoka. Boasting a theme of “Power of Automobiles, Power for the Future”, the show will feature a slew of new models as manufacturers vie to show off their latest technologies, safety features and eco credentials. Held once every two years, this is the Fukuoka Motor Show’s fourth incarnation. Seven Japanese carmakers and three motorcycle manufacturers will be at the show. Nissan’s big ticket exhibit is its new three-person electric vehicle, the Blade Glider, while Toyota will reveal its FCV Concept Car, a next-gen hydrogen fuel cell vehicle slated to go on sale in 2013. Meanwhile, Honda’s concept car is a convertible minicar called the S600. Source: Nishinippon Shimbun 12/6
