Starting April 2016, bicyclists will no longer be limited to the bicycle parking lots to which they are registered. In order to prevent illegal bicycle parking, 39 of the city’s 71 bicycle parking lots will allow anyone with a paper parking pass to park there from 10:00 on weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays. At the moment only the parking lots which use paper passes will offer this service, but eventually those which use magnetic commuter passes will also be open to all pass-users.
