On Jan. 25 (Wed.), a building in the Nishijin Shopping Arcade collapsed. The building was undergoing planned deconstruction when the collapse took place. All workmen have been confirmed safe, and police and fire services are now checking the extent of the damage and to see if anyone else has been injured. Source: NHK News, Jan. 25, 2017
