The annual Fukuoka City-Busan Forum of leaders from industry, academia, and government in those two cities was to be held in Busan in the beginning of September this year, but has been postponed, it was learned. Representatives from both countries thought it would be best in view of the chilly relations between the two countries. A spokesman from the secretariat said there were concerns that all they had accomplished so far might be lost.
