Busan Holds Seminar to Publicize Investment Opportunities
The city of Busan, South Korea, sponsored a seminar in Fukuoka City to promote investment by local companies and governments in a special industrial park for that will give preferential treatment to overseas enterprises. About 60 people attended. The chairman of the Busan branch of a national council promoting friendly business ties between the countries urged those in attendance to view South Korea not as a competitor, but as a business partner to establish a presence in the newly developing nations.
