U.S.-based Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) will open a base to support entrepreneurs in Tenjin, Fukuoka City, in a building complex being reconstructed in Tenjin. This will be CIC’s second facility in Asia after Tokyo. CIC is a facility that aims to create new business opportunities through the exchange of ideas among entrepreneurs and is equipped with offices, co-working spaces, conference rooms, and other facilities. CIC has offices in eight cities worldwide and currently houses over 8,300 companies. CIC will be located on the 7th floor of the Shin-Fukuoka Building, with a total floor space of approximately 3,500 square meters.
