A cat was found loose on Fukuoka Urban Expressway in the morning of Mar. 22. From around 8:00 a.m. to 11:00, a lane near the Enokida Ramp in Hakata Ward was closed to capture it. A sign, saying “capturing a cat,” was set up by the police until the cat was safely caught with a net. Source: NHK
