Colorful Street Art Goes up in Fukutsu

A Munakata-native artist, Colorhythm Risa, created two colorful wall paintings to welcome summer visitors to Fukuma Beach in Fukutsu. The international artist, who pursues the fusion of art and entertainment, created the works in early-March. She was selected by the Fukutsu Tourism Association to create new photo spots in the area. The larger piece fills the wall of the beach house (3 meters in height, 9 meters in widths) with theme colors of red and yellow, producing a refreshing contrast against the azure water and sky.
