American membership warehouse merchandiser Costco’s Japanese subsidiary announced plans to open their second Kyushu store in Kitakyushu. Though the date of opening has not been determined, the company has already acquired the land. When it opens, it will be their 14th store nationwide. The other Kyushu store is in Hisayama-machi, Fukuoka Prefecture.
