Cutting-edge Technology Site to be Set Up in Fukuoka Smart East

Digital Garage, Inc., the Fukuoka Directive Council and Fukuoka Growth Next have launched a new program to support startup companies by providing opportunities to test their projects at the former Kyushu University site in Hakozaki. The program “Open Network Lab Fukuoka – Smart East Challenge” began on May 31. It backs up collaboration between a startup and major companies to accelerate the creation of new businesses. Cutting-edge technologies related to mobility, security, energy and many other aspects of life in the Fukuoka Smart East are wanted. Consultations and lectures for running a business will be provided to the selected project owners. An orientation will be given at Fukuoka Growth Next on June 27. Source: Digital Garage, 5/31/2019
