Fukuoka City is seeking a developer for the site of a former elementary school site in Nishi Ward. The 9,267 m2 land is located near Futamigaura Beach, one of the popular tourist spots of the Itoshima area. Kitazaki Elementary School ran until March 2010 and the building was demolished in 2018. Ideas to use this land near fisheries, farms, and beautiful landscapes are sought by November 15. Source: Fukuoka City, 10/7/2019
