The Kitakyushu Science and Research Park venture capital-backed company K2R has developed the first device in Japan capable of the stable creation of active oxygen in water. Active oxygen has the effect of accelerating plant growth and improving their immune systems. The company says that applying this water to seeds increases the germination rate by 60%.
