COVID-19 vaccinations will be available at Fukuoka City Hall between 4/9 ~ and 4/24. Residents aged 16 years and above can receive their 1st ~ 3rd shots with or without reservations. Even if you left your vaccination voucher home, your record can be confirmed when you show your official ID.

Time : Weekdays 16:00~21:00 (admission closes at 20:00) / Sat, Sun. & hol. 11:00~16:00 (admission closes at 15:00)
*Notes:
1. Same-day vaccination (without reservation) is available for approximately 100 persons each day. Numbered tickets will be handed out in case there are many registrants.
2. The type of vaccines received for 1st and 2nd injections must be the same. If you plan to get your 2nd injection, please make sure that your 1st injection was a Pfizer vaccine.
3. Reservations can be made online and by phone from 08:30 AM from Apr. 7.
