Between Jul. 18 ~ 28, a special two-minute light up program using the imagery of fireworks will bring summer cheers to citizens. While many of the local firework festivals were canceled due to the new coronavirus, the colorful lights on the tower’s surface will symbolize mutual prayers to end the spread of the virus.
