On Feb. 3, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its first office building in Fukuoka City. A 4-minute walk through a roofed promenade from JR Hakata Station leads to the Hakata Fukami Park Building, a part of the ‘Hakata Connected’ redevelopment program. Offices, including that of Yahoo Japan Corporation, will open on the 3rd ~13th floors. Also, shops and restaurants, including a Ropponmatsu-based famous bakery, Amam Dacotan, will open on the 1st ~ 2nd floors from around April. Source: Zaikei / Nikkei
