Kyushu Electric Power said it will reduce the rates it charges for electricity in November in accordance with the system that allows for fluctuating fees based on fuel prices. It will be the utility’s first rate cut in seven months. Meanwhile, Saibu Gas will also cut their rates, which will be their second straight monthly reduction.
