Fish Papercraft Masks Popular in Kagoshima

Kanoya City in Kagoshima Prefecture is distributing a free template to make amberjack-shaped mask covers. The papercraft was inspired by the ‘Tuna Mask Cover’ that was developed by Kindai University earlier. Anyone can wear the fish-shaped mask by printing the template on A3-size paper, then cutting and gluing the parts to make head and tail – when completed, if you shake your head, the fins will wave as if alive!  Source: Kanoya City
