Police have arrested five men in their 20s in connection with an August home invasion in Kurume City. The suspects, who were acquaintances but unrelated to the victims, allegedly broke into the second-floor entrance, threatened the homeowner with a metal bar, and stole cash and valuables worth ¥2.3 million.
