Free Hotel Stays with Early Flights at Kitakyushu Airport

Starting January 8th next year, a campaign offering free hotel accommodation near Kitakyushu Airport will be available for passengers on early morning or late-night flights. This initiative, aimed at promoting the airport’s 24-hour operation, is organized by the Kitakyushu Airport Utilization Promotion Liaison Council, which includes Kitakyushu City and Kanda Town. The campaign targets passengers with flights departing before 7:00 AM or arriving after 10:00 PM. They can stay for free at one of four designated hotels near the airport.

This offer, running until March 22nd, makes 3,000 rooms available across these hotels, with bookings on a first-come, first-served basis. This iteration of the campaign, the first since COVID-19 was downgraded to a Class 5 disease, features an increased number of hotels and rooms. The council aims to encourage the use of early morning and late-night flights, enhancing the convenience and appeal of Kitakyushu Airport’s round-the-clock operations.
