In January 2025, the company increased its production capacity for CMP slurries—used in semiconductor wafer polishing—by 30% at its Kumamoto facility. Additionally, by spring 2026, a new plant for post-CMP cleaning solutions will be operational in Oita, increasing the site’s production capacity by 40%.
