Fukuoka International Airport announced its new airport fee system, including significant discounts for international flights. Aiming to open more international routes from the airport, the airport fee (consisting of fees for landing, aircraft parking, security, and using airport building facilities) will be entirely exempt for the first three years for new long-distance routes over 5,000 km.
