The Fukuoka-based startup, Benners, launched a subscription service to deliver lesser-known kinds of fish to homes and offices. While over 3,000 kinds of fish live in the seas around Japan, less than a hundred are widely consumed. To promote unknown fish consumption often unsold at markets or become food for other farm-raised fish, the service, Fishlle, delivers original meal kits to customers. Three different courses (6 ~ 16 kits per delivery) are available at customers’ favorite frequencies. Official website: https://fishlle.com Source: Nikkei / Benners
