A Fukuoka-born baked cheesecake is proving popular at 7-Eleven convenience stores in Thailand. Developed by Goyo Foods Industry Co., Ltd. of Itoshima City, the 39-baht gateau (about ¥132 /pc) has sold continuously well since its debut in July 2020. In response, their local project partner has doubled its production capacity to meet the demand.
