Asia Gateway, a joint website presenting Fukuoka City and Busan, South Korea, as a single tourism area, debuted on the Internet on the 7th. It features explanations of tourist attractions in both Japanese and Korean, and creates an image off the two cities as “neighboring towns”. It is part of the sister cities’ joint Asia Gateway tourism campaign designed to coincide with the opening of the Kyushu Shinkansen.
