Fukuoka City is opening its third round of selections for new yatai operators to set up stalls in empty plots in Tenjin-Higashi, Tenjin-Nishi, and Nagahama. The city seeks a total of ten operators, including teams of two to three persons, to collaboratively use the three neighboring plots in Nagahama. Currently, 102 yatai bars operate in Fukuoka City.
