Fukuoka City launched a consultation program on Line for students of municipal elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and special support schools. The project aims to prevent and solve school-related problems such as school bullying and truancies through chat with professional counselors. The account is active daily between 19:00~22:00 until the end of the school year of 2019. Cards containing the QR code needed to add the Fukuoka City consultation account have been distributed to students before the beginning of summer vacation. Source: Fukuoka City, 7/12/2019
