Fukuoka City Zoo opened the renovated penguin facility. As of Jan. 18, visitors can observe 32 penguins swimming and walk around their 1,900 m2 new home. The 4-meter-deep pool has a glass floor and walls from which guests can observe them as they swim. The renovated facility welcomes guests on baby strollers and wheelchairs, too.
