The Fukuoka City Zoological Garden will open a new entrance to their premises on October 20. The construction will not only serve as the main gate to the zoo, but will also provide visitors with general information about the attractions as well as interactive exhibits about the animals that make use of cutting-edge technology. A restaurant and a shop will also be available inside the facility. The menu has been put together with the support of local companies and will include dishes that make use of ingredients sourced from the surrounding area. A new car parking space is being constructed underneath the entrance. Visitors will also be able to access the free Fukuoka City Wi-Fi. Source: Net IB News, 9/20
