The Fukuoka Financial Group announced it will reform the structure of group operations effective February 13. The objective is to enhance the screening operations of Fukuoka Bank. The bank will receive support from other group companies for this work, including Shinwa Bank of Nagasaki Prefecture and Kumamoto Family Bank. It will also conduct group operations for disposing of non-performing loans.
