Calbee debuted ‘Goboten Udon, a fried burdock-topped noodle flavored potato snack. The company formerly sold ‘Goboten Udon’ flavored potato chips, which were popular and developed in collaboration with local food cultures across Japan. The limited-edition Jagarico will be available in stores across Kyushu and Okinawa from July 16 until the end of August (or until sold out.)
