Fukuoka Land Price Increase Leads The Nation

Fukuoka Prefecture again posted the most significant rise in commercial land prices in the national 2022 report. The 4.1% growth (2021: 2.4%) was mainly attributed to elevated land prices in Fukuoka City; all of the seven wards in the city saw 6%~11% higher prices. Overall residential land prices in the prefecture also grew for the tenth straight year at +3.2% (versus 1.5% in 2021). Source: RKB / NHK
