Fukuoka Prefecture established a partnership with a Yamanashi Prefecture-based carpenter association to provide rapid emergency repairs for disaster-hit houses. The 2017-established group has approximately 120 registered carpenters and scaffold workers to dispatch to regions that suffer strong typhoons, earthquakes and more.
