Fukuoka Prefecture announced its intention to host a social trial to ease restrictions on business and personal activities. Prefectural Governor, Seitaro Hattori, explained the plan on Sep. 13. The program aims to test the safe resumption of serving liquor at restaurants and bars, traveling to different prefectures, and other activities for fully vaccinated persons and those with negative PCR results.
