For a completely different business to usual, Yukio Higuchi, a Fukuoka realtor, will open a karaage style, fried chicken shop in Vietnam. He is hoping that his karaage bentos- boxed meals, will be popular and will look into franchising and opening into neighboring countries such as Cambodia. Mr. Higuchi has set the price of his karaage bentos at ¥180, the same as the popular local dish, pho noodles.
