Fukuoka Softbank Hawks Win Second Consecutive Japan Series!
The Fukuoka Softbank Hawks defeated the Yakult Swallows at Meiji Jingu Stadium in Tokyo tonight to clinch their second consecutive Japan Series championship! The Hawks won the first two games of the Nippon Series, then lost one and won one in Tokyo. Tonight they won their fourth game by a score of 5 – 0. A victory parade for our heroes is planned for Nov. 22 in Fukuoka City. Congratulations Hawks!
