Fukuoka to Offer Childcare for Non-working Parents Starting July

Fukuoka City will begin a new childcare program in July, allowing parents who are not working to leave their children at daycare for up to 40 hours a month. The program targets children aged 6 months to 2 years, with 906 available slots in 32 facilities. Applications start on May 24 for certain groups and June 10 for others.
