The free chat service provides useful information according to the user’s physical conditions, medical history, and other personal status. Answers for frequently asked questions, edited by medical doctors, are also available. The Fukuoka – New Coronavirus Counter Measure Personal Support (福岡－新型コロナ対策パーソナルサポート) is available on the prefecture’s and the city’s website.
