Fukuya Releases Chilli and Black Pepper Mentaiko “Tubu Tubes”
Do you like your mentaiko (spicy cod roe) from a tube? Fukuya, the Fukuoka-based spicy mentaiko maker, is set to release a batch of new flavors of their popular mentaikotubu tube. On Nov. 11 they’ll release habanero chilli and black pepper flavors – adding to their current line up of olive and basil, olive and oregano, and sesame oil flavors (released this Jan.) and regular mentaiko, mild mentaiko flavors (released this Sep.).
