In cooperation with Fukuoka City, Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. has installed a giant “stairway piano” that resembles a piano keyboard on the stairs (in front of Solaria Vision) at the north exit of Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. This project intends to create a lively atmosphere in Tenjin through music by adding a device that emits piano sounds to the stairs people use for commuting to work or school. Fukuoka City, which is cooperating in the implementation of this project, is also working to create a sustainable city where everyone can live a healthy life of their own in both mind and body in anticipation of the arrival of the 100-year life era. The installation will operate between 7/29 (Fri.) ~ 9/11 (Sun.) between the hours of 10:00~17:00 (weekdays), 10:00~18:00 (weekends and holidays) A fun way to get exercice! Source: Nishitetsu
